Q. How many people can I have in my group?
A. We have a minimum group size of 6 people, and maximum is 8 for the Old Steeple, max is 25 for other tours.
Q. How much is a custom tour?
A. The Vaults costs £13.50 pp, other tours are £12.50 pp. Custom tours can vary depending on length of time, size of group and how much customisation and research is required.
Q. Do I need to pay a deposit?
A. Yes, most tours will require a 20% deposit, refundable if your tour is cancelled more than 48 hours before your tour is due to start.
Q. How do I pay?
A. You can pay via invoice, PayPal, debit/credit card or bank transfer. Payment in full is due before the tour starts for groups of individuals, for companies we can invoice after the tour has taken place.
Q. When can I take a tour?
A. Anytime we are available, Tuesday to Saturday between 10 am and 7 pm start times. Tours may be possible outwith these times but are subject to additional charges.
